Uika Hoshikawa fights in the male professional wrestling ring, hiding her identity as a woman in order to become the strongest. She covers her chest and wears tight shorts, using the name Tsubasa Hoshikawa, and gains popularity among female fans with her strength and handsome looks. However, the company owner who only cares about profits does not like Uika's pure pursuit of strength and sends his prized wrestler, "Goliath," to crush her. But in front of Uika, Goliath is defeated. The owner then plans to administer illegal drugs to Goliath for their rematch, in order to defeat Uika.

Two weeks later, Uika and Goliath have a rematch. Though confident, Uika struggles against Goliath's newfound power and speed, which are unrecognizable from two weeks ago. She continues to be attacked and her sarashi (a type of bandage) used to conceal her chest falls off, causing her to suffer even more. During the battle, Goliath notices the thinness of Uika's body and the texture of her skin, and ultimately discovers that she is a woman when her sarashi falls off completely, revealing her breasts. In an act of disrespect towards her femininity, Goliath attacks her chest and even targets her groin, causing Uika to suffer. The tight shorts she wears begin to strain and finally, Uika is defeated and sinks to the bottom of the ring. The owner appears before her and declares that having a woman in the sacred ring is "guilty," making Uika realize that she is a weak woman who will never be accepted in the wrestling world. The tragedy of hell begins...
